What we cover, and why it matters now.
Community pharmacy is our deepest specialty. Ownership is restricted to pharmacists under the Pharmacy Regulation Act 2010 (Vic), most of the purchase price is goodwill, and good pharmacies sell quickly — so the structure, the equity and the finance have to be ready before the business is found.
These guides cover the full ownership lifecycle, from buying your first pharmacy to preparing for sale, and apply to medical practices and owner-operated businesses too. See our pharmacy services for how we work with owners.
